I specialize in UI design, front-end development and custom Wordpress themes. I design for the Web 2.0 putting emphasis on information architecture, usability and interaction. I focus on typography, color theory, and grid systems. I also occasionally do some branding and design for print in all shapes and sizes.

Herb Pedersen is one of my favorite singer / songwriters. He is a bluegrass legend playing with The Dillards, Earl Scruggs, David Grisman and many others including his own band The Laurel Canyon Ramblers but his work extends to many country and rock bands as well (Emmylou Harris, Gram Parsons, Dan Fogelberg, Stephen Stills, Linda Rindstadt, John Denver, James Taylor etc). His most notable work is his vocal arrangements and banjo playing for Chris Hillman’s band The Desert Rose.

The above design was an exercise I made for myself to do some research and work on my typography and layout.
Seeing as I had these numbers at hand, I had to ask what actually happened in 2008 – what products were they marketing and spending all this money on? Well, in 2008 Coca Cola made a few key moves. First, they discontinued Coca-Cola Blak. Second, they issued a series of updated plastic bottles reminiscent of early glass bottles. Consequently the following year in 2009 their bottling operations in Skopje Macedonia won the “Best Bottling Company” award. Seen above is the traditional glass bottle originally scultped by Earl R. Dean in 1915.
